Call tracking software
Most call tracking tells you a call happened. Trakt ties the call to the ad click that booked it and the deal that closed it, then reports the closed revenue back to Google and Meta.
Counting calls tells you a campaign generates activity. It does not tell you which campaigns generate revenue, and optimising ad spend on call volume fills your calendar with no-shows and tire-kickers. Trakt connects the ad click to the call booked, the call held, and the deal closed, so you can spend toward the campaigns that actually pay.
The lever nobody else pulls
The biggest lever in a call funnel is teaching Google and Meta what a buyer looks like, not what a booking looks like. Trakt uploads closed deals as the conversion, on the right delay and deduplicated, so Smart Bidding chases people who close instead of people who book and vanish. A browser-based call tracker cannot do this; it never sees the deal.
Connect a store, run Trakt in shadow mode, and compare it against your ad account before you change a thing.
