About

We built this because we needed it.

Trakt came out of an ad agency, not a boardroom. We were spending real money on Google and Meta for ecommerce and lead-gen clients, and watching Smart Bidding optimise against conversion data we knew was incomplete. The browser pixel was missing a third of the sales, the dashboards disagreed with each other, and the expensive attribution tools we tried still could not tell us which campaigns actually paid for themselves.

So we wrote our own. First it recovered the conversions the pixel was dropping. Then it started sending them back to the ad platforms, so bidding could finally optimise on the real numbers. Then it grew to cover call funnels, CRM pipelines, and both Shopify and WooCommerce, because our clients did not sell in just one way.

It runs those clients' accounts today. Trakt is the tool we wished existed when we were burning budget on half-blind tracking, built by people who still run ads and still care whether the number is right.

What we believe

The number should be checkable

Attribution is a trust-me category, and most tools ask you to take the figure on faith. We think you should be able to open any conversion and see the exact journey behind it. If our number disagrees with your ad platform, you should be able to say why.

Measuring is not enough

Knowing which ad worked is useless to Google and Meta unless they can see it too. That is why Trakt does not stop at a dashboard. It sends your recovered conversions back to the ad platforms, so the optimisation and the insight are the same system.

No unearned claims

We would rather show you a real small number than a fake big one. No invented uptime guarantees, no manufactured testimonials, no illustrative charts pretending to be results. When we show a figure, it is either true or clearly labelled as an example.
